This smoothie is light, refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. The green grapes and raspberries give it a slightly tart flavor which is balanced out perfectly with the sweet, mellow cantaloupe. To top it off, it is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins and fiber, making for the perfect snack or as part of breakfast.


Shopping List:

Produce Aisle:

1 Cantaloupe

1 bag of Grapes (Red or Green)

Frozen Aisle:

1 bag of frozen Raspberries



Total Time: 10 minutes


Makes: 2 large smoothies


Ingredients: 

2 cups of Cantaloupe

1/2 cup frozen (or fresh) Raspberries

1 cup Grapes, red or green

1 cup Water

1 cup Ice


Directions:

1. Add all of the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. (Tip: if you are using a blender with adjustable speeds: Start at the lowest setting and slowly increase the speed until at the highest setting. Blend for approximately 5-10 seconds at each speed, and 30-60 seconds at the highest speed.

2. Pour and enjoy!
